With over 25 years of experience in sales, business development, and organizational growth, I’ve dedicated my career to building companies and programs that drive real results. Over the past decade, I’ve been deeply involved in the Learning & Development (L&D) and Instructional Design industries—leading teams, designing impactful training programs, and creating pathways that connect education directly to meaningful employment.

I’ve founded and operated multiple instructional design companies, and I’ve had the privilege of building learning experiences for organizations like IBM, AWS, IDOL, and the CDC. Those experiences taught me how to combine strategic business insight with effective education design—ensuring every course delivers measurable outcomes for both learners and employers.
My work in building vocational schools with strong job readiness and placement outcomes has shaped how I approach everything we do at Momentum Court Reporting Academy. I believe education should be practical, career-focused, and designed to open doors. Every program we build here is guided by that philosophy.

As COO, I’m passionate about bridging the gap between learning and opportunity. My goal is to make sure every Momentum student leaves not only prepared for a job—but ready to build a career with confidence and purpose.
